Performance quoted represents past performance. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Current performance may be lower or higher than average annual returns shown. Investment return and the principal value of an investment will fluctuate. Shares may be worth more or less than original cost when redeemed. MOP returns take into account the Class A maximum initial sales charge of 5.50%. A redemption fee of 2% may apply to shares redeemed or exchanged within 30 days of acquisition. Performance shown does not reflect any applicable redemption fees and would be lower if it did. Redemption fees are paid to and retained by the Fund and are not sales charges.

Please read this prospectus carefully before you invest or send money.

The daily section presents performance dating from the inception of the actual share class only.

**This is the inception date of the oldest share class, which for this Fund is the Institutional share class. The returns presented are for Class A shares, which were first offered in 2/02. Returns measure performance from the inception of the oldest share class to the present, so some returns predate the inception of Class A. Those returns are calculated by adjusting the Institutional returns to reflect the A shares' different charges and expenses. Total return performance assumes that all dividend and capital gains distributions were reinvested on the payable date and does not reflect the deduction of taxes that a shareholder would pay on fund distributions or the redemption of fund shares.

This Fund may invest at least 80% of its assets in common stocks of technology companies; the portfolio will represent at least three countries. The Fund may invest up to 50% in foreign companies and up to 20% in emerging market companies. Concentrating assets in the technology sector, which tends to be more volatile than the overall stock market, may add additional risk compared to a diversified portfolio. Investing in foreign securities may entail greater risk due to foreign economic and political developments; this risk may be enhanced when investing in emerging markets. This Fund may invest in IPOs and smaller companies, which may be more volatile than larger companies. IPOs are subject to risk in that the securities have no trading history and the price may be volatile. This Fund may use derivative instruments for hedging purposes or as part of its investment strategy. Use of these instruments may involve certain costs and risks such as liquidity risk, interest rate risk, market risk, credit risk, management risk and the risk that a fund could not close out a position when it would be most advantageous to do so. Portfolios investing in derivatives could lose more than the principal amount invested in those instruments.

The NASDAQ Composite Index is a market-value-weighted, technology-oriented index composed of approximately 5,000 domestic and foreign securities. The S&P North American Technology Sector Index™ (formerly S&P GSTI Composite™) is a modified capitalization-weighted index of selected technology stocks. Unless otherwise noted, index returns reflect the reinvestment of dividends and capital gains, if any, but do not reflect fees, brokerage commissions or other expenses of investing. It is not possible to invest directly in an index.

^The Lipper Category returns and rankings are calculated by Lipper Inc., a Reuters Company, which is a nationally recognized organization that compares the performance of mutual funds with similar investment objectives. The Category returns represent the average performance of included funds, while rankings compare an individual fund's returns to those of the other funds in its category. Both are based on total return performance, with capital gains and dividends reinvested, with annual operating expenses deducted, but without including front- or back-end sales charges. Rankings begin with the actual share class inception. Rankings are relative to a peer group and do not necessarily mean that the fund had high total returns.

Growth of $10,000 is calculated at NAV and assume that all dividend and capital gain distributions were reinvested. They do not take into account sales charges or the effect of taxes. Results are not indicative of future performance.
